does it really matter if l go wih 2 2ohm or 2 4ohm im tring to get down to 2 ohm load

With a dual voice coil sub with 2 4ohm coils wired in parallel you will have your 2ohm load in ONE sub. Wiring a dual 2ohm sub will give you a 1ohm load which is pretty low and not advisable unless your amp is 1ohm stable. So yes it will matter which voice coil configuration you choose. Both wiring diagrams will result in a 2 ohm final load to the amp.
