it all depends on the installers and where you get the unit from some place install for free and other will charge $50.00 and up and it also depends how much wire work they have to put in

Bose is only available as a factory option. You can not buy Bose car audio in the after-market. If ur Altima is not equipped with Bose, you'd need to change the head unit & speakers, add a Bose amplifier, & re-wire the vehicle. All the components would have to be purchased from a dealer parts department or online vendor, or from a junkyard.
You'd be much better off putting together an after-market audio system. A well-designed after-market system will cost less to purchase, cost less to install, & sound much better than an OEM Bose system.
