they are 2 oh dvc 2 and the amp l can choose either 2ohms or 4ohms

If you have 2 dual 2 ohm subs the wiring options will be either .5, 2, or 8 ohms final. Your best bet would be an amp that is 400 to 800 watts at 2 ohms. like a kicker zx750.
