Does anyone know if their is a universal remote that will turn off my neighbors loud stereo? l live in an apartment above them and they play their music so loud all the time. Talking to them, talking to management, even calling patrol has not really helped. I am sure l will be able to point the control through their windows to shut it off. Any help will be great. Maybe their are some genius electronic people here that will give me some advice.

Just sharing to give u some hope;;one time l was staying in a motel & that nite the tv was loud in the next motel room.. Now it was nite & dark outside ..so l went out side an looked at his room.the curtain was open a little & l could see this fat guy laying across the bed passed out. So l went back to my room got my remote to see if it would work thru the window? It did easily. so l didnt turn his tv down l turned it up full blast & watched him wake up from a dead sleep with the tv blasting . he wiped his eyes looked around in a stuper looked for the remote found it --.it was so much fun ..i walked around the motel looking for open curtains & people watching the tube.. l would turn their tv off & they turn it back on.then l would do it again ..then l would change their volume & then change the channel & screw with them..three or for diff. rooms. it was great fun. that was a motel & remotes were same brand all rooms.. darn wish l do that again rite now , what a good laugh it was!! good luck------looks like all thumbs down except one? umm what could that mean??umm?
