will the 12'' kicker comp vR dual 2 ohm or the 12'' sony xploid single 4 ohm the kicker is 800 watt peak and 400 watt rms and the sony is 1300 watt peak and 380 watt rms and im using a mono block amp that has 2 ohm and 4 ohm

The Kicker might give you more continuous bass, it will also depend on what type of box you will be using, ported, sealed, etc.

the kicker definitely will.sonys good for anything except car audio imo.make sure ur box is correct to give the woofer its best performance
