l just installed some new speakers into my pickup they are; a Visonic 12'' sub, and two custom 10'' subs with built in tweeters and midranges. It worked just fine for a while but just a couple days it started making this really annoying high pitched sound l think the sound is coming from either the tweeters and/or the midranges.
Any help would be GREATLY appreaciated.

Check your ground connections, possibly move them. You may need a ground loop isolator.
