For the past few months my Kenwood CD player has been kind of... finicky.It just decides when it wants to work.Most often right when l get in the car, it wo not turn on.It says ''CALL'' on the screen.l press the source button to change it to the radio or the CD player, and usually ''CALL'' just comes back up.After a minute or so when l press the source button, it will come on and work for a few seconds or a minute, but then it goes back off.Usually I am in the car for at least 15 minutes before the thing will come on and stay on; sometimes it takes longer than that.The radio seems to always be more likely to work than the CD player, though both go in and out.

So is this a problem with the brand, or did l just get lucky?Anyone know what ''CALL'' means or how to fix it?l got the head unit from a Kenwood Outlet about 2 years ago, and l can not find the manual.

The ''CALL'' message that is being displayed is for Kenwood is bluetooth feature. When a call comes in, it will display ''CALL'' and mute the radio. If you do not have a bluetooth adapter installed, then there is an issue with the unit. If it is under the manufacturer is warranty send it in.
