on the sub box of my silverado 1500 2005 crew cabthe on that goes behind the rear seat it say is that for each sub it is .70 air space but will it give a better sound if l remove a piece of wood that seperates the subwoofers..will it give better sound or will it be to much air space...the sub box is on supercrew.com then put chevy/gmc crew cab and it is the 5th sub box

l would leave the center divider in that way if one sub quits working for some reason,it could possibly damage the other sub because the air space is to big.
If you have not bought the box yet then have a look at this one and see what you think,and it is $60 cheaper.
