l can either get the sundown audio nightshade 12''sub, Or a Fi audio Bl12''sub fully loaded!...
l am gonna get 8 12''subs, and power them all by 4 sundown audio saz3000d amps!...

ok you definitely need to give more information. Why 8 12's? Are you deaf?

The nightshade subs r practically brand new. l suggest going with Fi, because they r tried & true. Nightshade is havent been tested out yet. Fi has a good record for their support. Easy recones..And such. Sundown is a decent company, but l have not seen the Nightshades in action. l have a F l BTL 12'' loaded myself.And it is great. The BL is r more for daily drivers than the BTL but the BTL u can get the cooling, the daily option, & the high Xmax coils. Etc. Great options. With 8 subs, u will most likely be loudest in town..no issues there. Again Fi has a good record for competition. The nightshade is not tried & true yet. So u can be the experimental guinea pig on that. Or u can be the breakthru Nightshade subwoofer guy. Who knows. But anyway up to u on how u want to do it. l have no on that one myself.

no one says yes to the NS sub here..they didnt say no..not at all.but it is not the #1 pick of the subs.

On Sound solutions audio, they talk about it a little here.of course saying it is new, but also saying it is more comprable to the BTL it seems!? not sure tho.
